Here you will find Airport Flat Rates between most West Suburban Towns and Chicago Airports ( ORD and MDW)
SPRING BREAK 2024 : All Airport Rides scheduled between 03/18/24 and 04/07/24 : $10
Before 4AM a $10 surcharge is in effect for all trips to the Airports
Between 12AM-6AM a $20 surcharge is in effect for all trips from the Airports
Between 5PM-12AM a $10 surcharge is in effect for all trips from Midway Airport
Between 6PM-9PM a $5 surcharge is in effect for all trips from O'Hare Airport
Between 9PM-12AM a $10 surcharge is in effect for all trips from O'Hare Airport
Airport Flat Rates include up to 2 passengers, tolls & reasonable luggage
Parties of more than 2 passengers will need at least a Full size Vehicle or a Minivan
Minivan (max 4-5 passengers) requests are an extra $15
Full size vehicles (max 2-3 passengers) are an extra $10

Certain last minute scheduled trips may be subject to an additional $15-$25 Surcharge. Flat Rates can be $15-$20 higher or more than listed below on Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.
Flat Rates can also be $15-$25 higher or more than listed below during certain extremely high travel periods : During Spring Break, One week before and after a Federal Holiday, High travel activities in the Chicagoland area and during inclement weather.

Important Details
Tolls are included in the flat rate.
Airport taxes are extra but are only charged for pickups at O'Hare Airport and Midway Airport. Currently airport taxes are $4 but we split the tax with the passenger and hence only charge the passenger $2
Flat Rates only apply from one pickup or drop off location to and from either airport
For one or more stops along the way from the airport, flat rate is charged till the first stop. Per miles rates apply from the first stop to the final drop off location
For one or more stops along the way to the airport, per mile rates apply till the last stop. Flat Rate to the Airport is then charged from the last stop
Reasonable luggage is included with each passenger. Over-sized (golf bags, more than 40 lbs, etc) or excess luggage ( more than 1 checked bag per person) is priced at $5 per bag
